Karen Phillip is one of Australia's leading Psychotherapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist. She runs a busy Central Coast/Lake Macquarie practice in NSW and works with people around the world. Her experience and qualifications are of the highest standard and she is also a trainer and supervisor of peers. Karen conducts workshops here and overseas.

Karen and her husband Wayne decided to start the Australian Hypnotherapy College after speaking to many graduates struggling to make a living as a therapist. It was hearing so many disappointing stories of how students were unprepared to step out professionally when they finished training, that prompted Karen to start higher quality and broader training to ensure all students were fully prepared and confident in their ability to start a successful practice.

Wayne is a qualified teacher who retired from his teaching position to focus on supporting Karen's increasingly busy therapy business and collaborating in developing the Australian Hypnotherapy College. Wayne holds a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP, Psychotherapy and Degree in Teaching.
